The frequency of meetings with your coach can vary depending on your specific needs, goals, and the type of coaching arrangement you have. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as coaching schedules are personalized to meet individual requirements. Our decades of experience show that once in 10 days is the average frequency. 10 days offer time for reflection and application of learning between sessions while maintaining the momentum of our work together.
You can have as many or as few coaching sessions as you like. There is no compulsion to pick a minimum number of sessions. Our experience shows a minimum of 4 sessions is required to see transformation.

Payment Details

Payment is expected per session without the need to commit. You pay as you go.

  1. Direct payment to bank must be made before each session, and the transaction receipt must be emailed to the coach or presented at the session. This is the preferred method.
  2. Online – payment must be made before each session. You can use PayPal.

You will receive a tax invoice for each session.
